Michael Quinn is President and CEO of Sharyland Utilities and Hunt Utility Services. Sharyland Utilities is a Texas-based transmission service provider that is focused on safety, operational excellence, and reliability for our transmission assets located in South Texas.

Before being named CEO in September 2021, Michael was Sharyland's Vice President of Operations. He was responsible for engineering and construction, standards, asset operations and performance, safety, and ERCOT and supplier relationships. Michael directly supported and played a key role in the asset growth the company has today.

Prior to joining Sharyland, Michael was Vice President Portfolio Strategy and Risk Management for Oncor Electric Delivery Company. During his 31 years at Oncor and its predecessor companies, he had assignments in Nuclear Generation, Fossil Generation, System Protection, Asset Management, Grid Operations, Business Development, Federal Advocacy, and Corporate Strategy.

Michael is a 1988 graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas. He is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Dallas.

Michael and his wife Stephanie live in Flower Mound, Texas with their three children, Lexi, McKenna, and Hunter.
